VAST Card Re-activation

If you have previously had an active VAST service in the past and your service has been without signal for sometime you may need to re-activate your VAST smartcard. Simply click on the link: VAST Card Re-activation and enter your card number and your VAST smartcard will receive a hit in just a few seconds.

Please note if you are a traveller and your 6 months temporary activation has expired (you will see E16-4 on your screen) you will need to contact the VAST call centre on 1300 993 376 to re-gain your commercial services. Their hours are 9am till 12pm and 2pm till 4.30pm Mon-Fri, QLD time.
