From the 25/10/2021 works begin to replace our factory roof. This will cause some interruptions to business operations over a 2 weeks period. Whilst we will attempt to keep any impacts to a minimum there will be unavoidable impacts to various business operations during this time.
The contractors will start at the office section of the building first and finish with the main warehouse. This means office operations will be impacted first few days and the warehouse over the remaining period. The 2 week period is based in reasonable weather but we are in Melbourne so you can never predict this.
We do expect for safety/weather reasons that at some stages during these 2 weeks that we will have completely close (this will have impacts on receiving phone calls but not to emails or social media channels). We also expect that at some stages we will not be able to access the warehouse to pick an ship out orders.
The contractors will advise us each afternoon about what operations will continue to operate for the next day (subject to weather).
Due to Covid 19 restrictions our facility’s general public operations have and continue to be closed and trade has been click and collect only. During this business interruption period we would also expect trade click and collect would be not available on many days.
